At American Airlines, caring is more than a leadership attribute — it’s the heart of who we are. Recently our Tech Hub in Hyderabad brought that spirit to life with initiatives that celebrated wellness, connection and team spirit.
Game on: Badminton, cricket, chess and carrom
Over two weeks, the Tech Hub buzzed with energy as we organized tournaments across four sports — badminton, cricket, chess and carrom. The turnout was remarkable, with hundreds of colleagues stepping in to play, support and cheer. The cricket pitch saw 17 spirited teams battle it out across five days, while badminton drew 59 teams and more than 60 games of high-energy rallies. Meanwhile, chess and carrom matches brought finesse and strategy to the table. Team members showed how collaboration, encouragement and fun go hand in hand. The best part? Seeing colleagues cheer one another on.
