What is the hiring process at Marriott Tech and Accelerator?
Depending on the position, the next step in the hiring process is the interviews. Interviews typically involve three rounds to get to know you better and for you to get to know us. We’re interested in your skills, personality, and why you’d be a great fit. It generally involves:
A virtual meeting with our recruitment team
Meet with an expert to evaluate your technical skills
A 20-40-minute discussion about your application, career, and aspirations
