The Data & Analytics team drives data-informed decisions through Data Science, Decision Science, Customer Research, Global Data Integrations and Data Strategy. They build predictive models, uncover customer insights and enable seamless data integration for strategic, scalable growth.

Product Management & UX

The Product Management & UX Design team creates seamless digital experiences across web and mobile. Organized by customer journey stages, they collaborate with engineering, marketing and analytics to deliver user-centered solutions through a centralized design system and clear product ownership.

Technology Services

The Technology Services department delivers secure, scalable infrastructure across the enterprise through Information Security, Stores Technology, Corporate Technology and Systems Engineering—ensuring data protection, reliable in-store tech, seamless associate tools and resilient backend systems that power operations and innovation.

QA

The QA team ensures quality and reliability of digital products across web and mobile. They design and execute test strategies, support Agile development and use automation to streamline testing, delivering seamless, high-performing digital experiences for customers and internal teams.

Digital Engineering & Architecture

The Digital Engineering & Architecture team leads digital transformation by building scalable platforms, designing intuitive experiences and ensuring system reliability. Teams include OMS Development, Java Services/Oracle POS Development and Digital Product Development (React, HCL), supporting innovation and seamless customer engagement.

Digital Operations

The Digital Operations team drives digital initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Project managers, business analysts and scrum masters work in Agile teams to deliver value quickly through structured collaboration and continuous improvement, supporting digital transformation with focus and agility.
