Dr. Bander Hamooh
CEO, Panda Retail Company
Bander Hamooh is a seasoned executive with over three decades of leadership experience in retail, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG. Following a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science from King Saud University, he began his career at the Saudi Ministry of Health.
Bander has a proven track record of driving strategic business transformation in diverse industries. He has held senior leadership roles, including Director General at the Saudi Ministry of Health and CEO of Nahdi Medical Company. Under his leadership, Nahdi achieved significant growth and became a recognized healthcare industry leader.
In 2017, Bander was appointed CEO of Panda Retail Company. Leveraging his customer-centric approach and retail expertise, he has successfully transformed Panda into a leading retail brand in Saudi Arabia. Bander also serves on the boards of multiple public and private companies.

Sangeetha Dorairaj
General Manager, Panda India
Sangeetha Dorairaj is a seasoned GBS professional with 22 years of experience. Known for her results-oriented leadership and global exposure, Sangeetha is passionate about people development and driving collaborative initiatives.
Her diverse experience spans Customer Success, HR Shared Services, Helpdesk Operations, and Business Assurance, encompassing strategy, governance, risk, and compliance. With a strong understanding of retail and GBS models, she currently serves as the General Manager of Panda India.
